A very mixed show of 564 cattle forward today with weathered cattle coming out. Today’s Bullocks averaged 373ppkg selling to 498ppkg for a Simmental from A & A B Wilson, Low Bogside and to £2300 for a Simmental from A & J Orr & Son, Hill of Harthill.
Heifers averaged 366ppkg selling to 451ppkg for a Simmental from A & A B Wilson, Low Bogside, and to £1980 for a Charolais from W & E Cook, Balcachie.
Black and Whites sold to 351p per kg from H Ramsay, Millisle and to £1810 from Brunerican, Campbeltown.
