Prime Heifers averaged 345ppkg selling to 390ppkg for a Limousin from WM Pettigrew, Faskine purchased by W F Stark, Butchers, Buckhaven and to £2372 for a Limousin from J & J Rearie, Riggs.
Prime Bullocks averaged 342ppkg selling to 375ppkg for a Bazadaise from T & E Tod, Nether Longford, West Calder purchased by T J Alloa Ltd, Butchers, Alloa and to £2506 for a Limousin from AA & J Brand, Nethermyres.
Young Bulls averaged 304ppkg selling to 328ppkg for a Beef Shorthorn from Kincaple Farm, St Andrews and to £2457 for a Simmental also from Kincaple Farm.
OTM’s averaged 229ppkg selling to 259ppkg for a Limousin from Marshall Farming Partners, Borlick and to £1850 for a Limousin from Rathillet Farm, Cupar.
OTM Males sold to 231ppkg for an Aberdeen Angus Bull from D R Blair, Newbigging and to £2580 for the same beast.
