Sale of Prime Cattle, Young Bulls & OTM’s.
Prime Heifers averaged 406ppk selling to 430ppk for a Charolais from Ross Brothers Wardhead, Strichen and to £3233 for the same beast.
Prime Bullocks averaged 382ppk selling to 420ppk on two occasions for Limousin’s from A Kennedy, Seggarsdean, Haddington and A A & J Brand, Nethermyres, Auchtermuchty and to £2733 for a Limousin from A Kennedy, Seggarsdean.
Young Bulls averaged 302ppk selling to 322ppk for an Aberdeen Angus from H T Shanks, Easter Cash, Strathmiglo and to £2772 for a Limousin from W Dick, Mains of Throsk, Throsk.
OTM’s averaged 264ppk selling to 329ppk for a Limousin from B MacIntyre, Feall, Isle of Coll and to £2400 for an Aberdeen Angus from Halbeath, Dunfermline.
